Delete Account

Delete your account directly in the app

You can delete your Project Prime account directly in the app:

1. Open the Project Prime app.
2. Go to Profile in the bottom right.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm the security prompt. Deletion is then carried out.

Deletion affects your account and the personal data linked to your account in Project Prime.

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by email.

Please send the request from the email address your Project Prime account is registered with.

Which data is deleted

When the account is deleted, the following personal app data is in particular deleted, as far as it is associated with your account:

• account and profile data
• body data, goals, weight entries and progress data
• nutrition, water, step, training and supplement data
• private recipes, saved dishes, notes and app settings
• usage counters and account-related premium/activation data within the app

Data that may not be deleted immediately

Certain data can only be deleted to a limited extent, or after statutory retention periods expire, if legal retention obligations, security interests or billing evidence apply.

• Payment and subscription data are processed and managed by Apple or Google depending on the platform.
• Recipe ideas that were made public or submitted to the community may be retained anonymized or without a direct personal reference, as far as no personal reference remains.
• Technical logs may remain stored for a short time for security and error analysis.

Retention period

Personal data is deleted after the deletion request as soon as no legal or technically necessary reasons prevent immediate deletion. If individual data must be retained for legal reasons, it is only stored for the required period and then deleted.
